Proper breathing can change a lot in your day. It can make you feel relaxed, change your mood thus changing your attitide towards other people.
Anyone who meditates knows this feeling of free and lightness.
Day 2 seemed pretty chilled out. If this were a real Hell Week (in a military or a sport bootcamp) I’d be crying my eyes out. I got really sore after day one, it was absolutely terrible.
